Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Iskraemeco Portugal, Lda. (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They cover the website only. Purchases of chargers, installation and service are governed by the separate contract agreed for that supply, which prevails over anything written here.

Permitted use

You may browse the site and print or download extracts for your own reference. You may not:

• use the site or its content for any commercial purpose without our written permission;
• copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the content;

They are not an offer capable of acceptance and do not form part of any contract. Always confirm the current specification with our sales team before making a purchasing or installation decision.

When you submit the contact or documentation request form, you confirm the details you give are accurate and that you may share them. We use them to answer your enquiry — see our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through these forms.
